At Jimmy Lion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new socks aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact, and include the printed return authorization form inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
